Yearbook Cover Designs

I never thought I would be designing Yearbook covers but here I am.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with several high schools for the 2018 school year and what we’ve been focusing on most is developing a strong theme and a striking cover design.

These are some of my favorites from those I created this year.

Often you run across two schools who choose the same theme. This is fairly common in the yearbook industry and in this case, the desired theme was Our Adventure Book from the movie Up. But with a little bit of creativity, we were able to give both schools the look and feel they wanted while also making their book unique to their school. We tied in their mascots on the front covers and gave them each different font and color style guides.

White Swan H.S. has had a yearbooks program for as long as they can remember. But the middle school that shares their campus has yet to have their own yearbook. This year they decided to do a middle school yearbook and since the two schools share a campus, the Yearbook advisor thought it would be a great idea to somehow connect the two. White Swan’s theme for 2018 is Living the Legacy and Mt Adams M.S. took on Starting the Legacy. For these simple but significant designs, we focused on traditional images like a school crest—both of which were new designs provided by Coffee and Characters—and stayed true to their school colors

These are just a few of the yearbook cover designs I had the pleasure of working on. Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my designs.
