My Review

I don’t know why it took me so long to start reader A Dragon of A Different Color. It was so dang good. Let me tell you, a book has to be pretty darn amazing when its 525 pages long and has me staying up past 2 a.m. because I just can’t put it down. After No Good Dragon Goes Unpunished, I had no idea how Rachel Aaron was going to pull things off. People died. There were battles. A lot of shit hit the fan and left me thinking WTF. Whelp, I never should have doubted her because she brought everything together with A Dragon of a Different Color. We had secret love affairs, dead people coming back to life, spirits on rampages and more. My only complaint with this book is that there were a lot of POVs and that pulls you in a lot of directions. There were moments when I was tempted to skim because I was reading about one thing when I really wanted to see what was going on with Julius (because duh, he’s the best!) but it’s a minor thing to whine about. This book was amazing!

Rachel Aaron lives a lovely, nerdy, bookish life in Athens, GA with her seven-year-old son, loving husband, and an obese wiener dog. Other than her own books, the internet knows her best for writing very fast. To find out exactly how fast (and read sample chapters from all her books), visit www.rachelaaron.net!

She also writes action-packed, romantic Science Fiction under the name Rachel Bach.

Like many authors, my books were written as part of a series and must be read in order for the story to make any sense. For a full list of all my books in the order they’re meant to be read, visit www.rachelaaron.net/books.php.

Thank you, and happy reading!
