The climactic third novel in New York Times bestselling author Jeaniene Frost's Night Prince series finds Vlad and his newly turned bride, Leila, at odds with each other—and vulnerable to the one vampire powerful enough to end the Dark Prince's reign . . .Play with fire, pay the priceLeila's years on the carnie circuit were certainly an education. What she didn't learn: how to be a vampire, or how to be married to the most famous vampire of them all. Adjusting to both has Leila teetering on a knife edge between passion and peril, and now the real danger is about to begin . . .Vlad must battle with a centuries-old enemy whose reach stretches across continents and whose strength equals his own. It isn't like Vlad to feel fear, but he does . . . for Leila, because his enemy knows she is Vlad's greatest weakness. As friend and foe alike align against him—and his overprotectiveness drives Leila away—Vlad's love for his new bride could be the very thing that dooms them both . . .

Leila and Vlad are a swoon-worthy couple that I can never seem to get enough of. Page after page, I was sucked in to Bound by Flames, I just couldn’t put it down. The relationship between Leila and Vlad is so authentic. Filled with the typical ups and downs that any new relationship may have, made worse by circumstance and abilities. The two burn undeniably hot together. I didn’t know that Frost could top her night huntress series but her Night Prince novels are filled with action, subterfuge, romance, and so much more. I love Vlads overbearing and dominant personality. He’s so used to always getting his way that I really enjoy seeing the effect Leila has on him when she does what she feels she has to, even if it goes against Vlad’s wishes and seeing his vulnerable side just sucker punches you in the gut. How could you not fall head over heals for the Dark Prince? The ending was climatic to say the least. Seeing who the newest potential threat is makes we eager to get my hands on the next book. I cannot wait for Into the Fire.

If you’re looking for an exciting paranormal romance adventure, look no further. Frost delivers time and time again.
